Crystal Stauch, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Crystal took her original massage therapy training in Alberta 19 years ago.  She completed the upgrading needed to write and pass the BC RMT board exams in 2015.

Crystal enjoys helping patients relax, restore, and rebalance with registered massage therapy.  Her pleasure is providing preventative massage, maintenance massage, prenatal massage, and relaxation massage.
When she’s not massaging wonderful patients, you can find her reading, seeking a deeper understanding of herself and others, and pursuing a life well lived, here in beautiful Nanaimo BC.

Junes Humphrey, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Junes graduated from the 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program in 2013. She is passionate about her chosen career as an RMT, and is devoted to helping her patients on their journey to optimal wellness here in Nanaimo BC.
Her massage therapy techniques include Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique and General Swedish Massage.
June enjoys the simpler things in life, from crocheting and walks to road trips on her motorcycle.

Jennifer Tully, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Jennifer has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1999.  She understands that every person has unique challenges and preferences.  She prides herself in being able to hone into the needs of each individual She enjoys focusing her massage therapy practice on deep tissue massage, Myofascial Release, IASTM (Instrument Assisted soft tissue mobilization), and relaxation massage techniques.

Tara Tait, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Tara is a 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapist and a certified yoga instructor. She combines her passion for massage, yoga therapy and educating people with preventative and rehabilitative care. Having experienced and recovered from several injuries herself, Tara understands the importance of feeling confident and capable in achieving the activities that bring joy and fulfilment.

Tara has worked with a variety of patients ranging from elite athletes to people with acute or chronic conditions such as crushed disks and post-operative surgeries, cancer, postural imbalances and over-use injuries. Tara’s mission for every client is to provide a proper assessment and to develop and create a realistic home-care regime based on the client's goals and individual needs. 

Tara is a long-time runner and understands the benefits that manual therapies provide. Her modalities include myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, stretching and active yoga core-based rehabilitation exercises.

Tara spends time volunteering at many local marathons and health venues providing massage and health-care plans to community members. She also loves spending time in nature hiking, kayaking, surfing, and sailing.
